      Lovely overview.
I discovered sublingual B-12 when I had a bout of bursitis in my 30s! It is almost as effective as injection in this under-the-tongue form! I’ve taken it daily for years now

Today’s Ultimate Blogging Challenge prompt was to tell a story. Oh, oops. I couldn’t figure out anything to say, so I asked Maisie the Mouse if she would share her story, and she agreed to share a journal entry that she wrote shortly after she fled from the Land of the Humans, where the mousies were in danger.

    Day 27 –

Decision making and direction – possibly the most powerful domain within this FAQ series – what we should be asking ourselves to not only stay on track, but to also venture beyond the track when it’s time.

I like the way you broke the decision-making process into a framework. What a great tool, and one that could be applied to so many areas of self-improvement and reflection.

I am just like you in following the driving rules no matter where I’m at. There is such a big life lesson in this example of being authentic no matter who is watching and no matter where you are! I want to be the same Larada everywhere! Thanks for the musings that made me think of that!

    • Larada Horner-Miller on January 27, 2026 at 9:14 pm

Oh, thank you so much for your ranting! I agree totally and the power of getting those thoughts and words out on paper and sharing them with the world is powerful. This is relevant—more so than Daily Practices, I’m sure!

      • Nadya King on January 27, 2026 at 10:29 pm

        Yes, thank you!!
