      Great tips!
I’d add prebiotic and prebiotic rich foods, going off gluten (buckwheat is a good substitute for the oats, if you can’t find GF), prioritize organic (and don’t spray your yard!), local, ethically raised meat and eggs. 🌿

I hope everyone is preparing for the cold if you are in the path of the winter storm. Take care and God Bless.

      Kathi:
“That means we must craft our messages quickly, concisely, and effectively so they are heard.”

I agree, and also disagree a little bit.

The initial message to get someone’s attention must be concise. And there is a tendency to think that no one has a long attention span anymore, and they won’t read a long piece.

But once you have their attention with your concise message, if you focus on every subsequent part leaving them wanting to know more, it doesn’t need to be so short. There is a very popular blog I follow every day that is generally 3,000 to 5,000 words, and often I’m disappointed when I get to the end, because I want more.

I love the idea of blogging through history, in different formats. I will have to say, however, that I can get rather verbose. Although I try to curb my enthusiasm for producing the written word, I am not always successful. I love to write stories and these sometimes need to have space to thrive. And, other times, the picture tells the story and I really don’t need all that many words.
      Happy blogging!

Yes, the desire to win can overshadow the joy of participating. Thank you for your candid post on something so prevalent today. Winning is not everything!

What great advice for selling on Amazon! I sell books, so that limits me, but I know that the cover is very important for sell. Thanks so much! You’ve reminded me of some important details.
