I love your post, but could not comment without a Google Blogger account, it seems. I’ll see if I can find my login and password from when I was using Blogger.

Kathi, I couldn’t find the comment sections. Here’s what I was going to say:

I like the statement that it’s all about having the right structure and actually owning your choices. That’s the only way to turn β€œI can” into β€œI will.”

    • Desi-Ann on January 2, 2026 at 6:48 am

Kathi, this is an excellent post. I didn’t see anywhere to leave a comment though.

Awww, a nice reminder that Valentine’s Day can be about many kinds of connections, not just couples. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Cheryl, I was unable to comment, here’s what I wrote:

Thank you for the reminder to notice and celebrate the small steps, the small wins. We are making progress and we can see it when we pay attention to those things that are so often overlooked. Thanks for sharing!

      Vidya:
I tried to post a comment on your blog, but every time I hit post, it gave an error about accepting the privacy checkbox. No privacy checkbox appeared, so I was unable to accept it, and therefore couldn’t post. Thought you’d want to know.

Just wanted to let you know I posted a response to your comment on my blog (thanks for that). You can see it there now – some additional thoughts you might find helpful.

Today, I had an A-HA moment. It came to me as a result of my 2026 theme: using my time wisely and applying that theme to my business. And now, I have my first goal for the new year.

It still doesn’t like me. Here is my comment: Good luck with getting more familiar with your apps and getting so much more out of them! Right now, I’m working with a photography app and am trying to get all sorts of cool stuff out of that!!!

Can’t use your comment section. Tried with Safari and Google Chrome. Here’s what I have to say:

First of all, I love that you spend a lot on coffee dates. IMHO personal connections will help you way more than some pseudo-productive apps. Secondly, I applaud you for taking a hard look at your investments and pledging to use them more efficiently. If you want to do without expensive apps, you may wanna use good old Outlook’s features: “tasks” and your calendar, in which you block actual time for each task.

I tried to comment, but the Submit button was not live on the post. I wonder if Akismet needs to be set to allow comments? In any event, here’s what I wanted to say: So nice to meet you on our UB Challenge adventure, and thank you for sharing your lovely messy desk photos!
