        I took a nice 25 mile walk with my daughter yesterday- and will walk down top my with friends today – taking along my stainless steel container for leftovers

      Julie, I find it almost impossible to comment on your sight so here it is. I now believe it is not possible to leave your trauma behind nor to forgive and forget. That stuff is always with us. But I do believe we can learn to live with them better. If we could leave all that behind, we wouldn’t be talking and writing about them so much.

    I had a nice 2.5 mile walk wroth my daughter yesterday, and will walk to lunch with friends today (wroth my stainless steel to-go container)
