      I still can’t comment on your posts as I would rather not log in (sorry!) I’m trying to cut back on accounts and apps I use. But here’s my comment.

      This was a great post!! I was never taught to cook in my childhood kitchen and thus feel uncomfortable in any kitchen to this day… I’m trying to get over this (not actively!) but, I have a consultation with a dietician this week – so I hope they can offer some advice and inspiration. I have a long way to go in my health journey!!

    Realized after I wrote this or maybe it was in the back of my head that Paul mentioned something about writing about something fun – this is a mix of fun and itching, but it’s done and I hope it gives other people an idea of how to approach writing bigger projects.
