      Patricia, I tried to comment. I was supposed to “create a profile”, which I did. Still it wouldn’t post my comment. So here goes:

      Interesting reminder of how easy it is to swing from “sun worship” to “sun avoidance” and maybe miss the middle ground. And yes—somehow the daily reality still includes the very unglamorous debate with sunscreen 🙂

      I love lemon water in the morning! I am also frequently enjoying cucumber water as well. That comes with a bonus of a cucumber snack at the end!

      Having trouble commenting even though I tried to create an account. Here’s my comment:

      I like lemon. I mostly use a drop of lemon essential oil along with hand lotion, just for the nice smell.
