    The heat wave, allergies, Benadryl reactions, have all subsided – at least for the next week. It seems that all shall be perfect in the weather atmosphere surroundings. But then I didn’t feel like writing so this article is about what I did. It was fun to write. I also finished it very quickly so I apologize ahead of time for typos, but that’s me – most anything I write winds up with typos when I publish it, it’s only after the fact that I see the typos – they’ll get fixed if they’re there…just not today.

      I had trouble with commenting so here it is instead….

      Great post. We do spend too much of our time looking down. And the big tragedy of it, is that we no longer interact with people. We make appointments to meet up with them, and then look at our phones. We go walking with our children with our eyes on our phones.

      Thank you for this reminder. I knew about grounding, but I hadn’t though about actually thinking about grounding while doing it.

      Well said. People need to look up and listen also. Alot of people have airpods in their ears, not looking up and hearing you., not even when you step close and try to catch their attention.
