I love the research you share!
With soy, buying organic, (regeneratively farmed when possible) is especially important!
The big four agri-biz crops (wheat, soy, corn and rice) are the most often eaten foods – AND – commercially farmed unless marked otherwise! (That ‘conventional farming means tiling, which damages the land, drenched in glyphosate and other chemicals, which hurts the farmers! )
I have loved learning to make my own natto – traditionally made with whole soy, I rotate which beans I use with the Natto culture!

Day 15
https://kathilaughman.com/beyond-the-dance-of-easy-and-hard/
Kathi: Another great post! I only wish they were set up to accept comments.
The question of making something hard look easy reminds me of something I tell job seekers:
What is the greatest value you can bring to your future boss?
– Making challenges go away.
If you do that really well, they won’t be bothered by it. That means they likely won’t be fully aware of the challenge itself, perhaps never even knew it came up.
So your job is to make prospective employers fully aware of those challenges you made go away.
I need to comment here:
Yes, sometimes, I have to do things that feel dramatically hard. I wonder if I can complete my tasks without crashing and burning. That’s when my issues with lack of self esteem kick in. I want to avoid a hard activity. Other times, I know I can do something and I postpone it because it’s not super fun. That’s when my overconfidence kicks in. Yes, you can be over confident and lack self esteem at the same time. So, yes, everything you wrote is all about me.

Today, I’m sharing some resources to help you when you want to write! It’s all about random writing generators!!!

Great ideas! Anything to help children write and want to write on topics that have meaning to them. I am a retired middle school teacher and the topics were so important to my students.

Wow, this helps me as I think about my own aging memory and the issues I have remembering. I’m going to use your suggestions to better hold onto ideas I need to remember! Thanks!
Hi Larada, I don’t see your comment in the comment section of this post. Did you write it there?
